Help with making an upload page using Front Page 2000 (Powell)

City: Columbus

I need help putting an upload feature or page, maybe using Front Page 2000 on my web site.
I pulled a page for that on Microsoft's site ("SUPPORT/HELP") but it seemed to only work for
MS FP XP or something higher than 2000.
I do have an older version of Dreamweaver too, but not real familiar with it. I also know a teeny,
tiny bit of some codes, but not enough to be anything close to dangerous!! FP was and is just
so smooth and simple!!
This is for my Company's web site, but the Company is terribly small and new, and it's a P/T gig
and I am F/T disabled! so I really don't have the funds to truly "pay", but might consider various
pmnt. methods including.
