Internet Marketing company looking for a creative web developer. Candidate must know how to create sites in Dreamweaver, be skilled in FLASH, and have experience in SEO (search engine optinmization). Peference will be given to candidates with E-commerce development and maintenance experience.

I need someone who can come up with creative designs for new websites. The sites must be created in html with Dreamweaver, but must have creative flash components on the html pages. I do not want templates. All web pages must be html with creative graphics and flash components. And websites must also be optimized properly so they rank with the search engines on the SERPs.

We need to keep our fees competitive to retain existing clients and attract new clients. I have been swamped with offers from off-shore companies for very low rates. But I prefer to hire someone in the US who is skilled, dependable, produces creative/quality work, and appreciates the opportunity for employment. There is a steady amount of work for someone who wants it and can do the job according to specifications. This is an independent contractor 1099 position. It pays $14 per hour. You must submit your resume with samples of the websites you've created or your application will not be considered. I need someone to start as soon as possible.
