Web Design Firm California, Needs WordPress Help (Worldwide)

I have been working for 2 years with a young man in India who has done a very good job for me and my company. He just graduated college and I need another worker like him. I found him through his own blog site and whomever I hire; I will need to see their work so I know they know what they are doing.
You should have a WordPress blog of your own.
I am looking to the future to build a team of experts, business is good.
I am a WordPress expert, I am involved with WordPress here in San Francisco where they are HQ'ed and,. I also teach classes on WordPress.
The current set up is my employee in India and I talk using gtalk and email
We usually check in every other day with each other.
If you can get Skype, we can use that also.
I have him do my WP installs and set up all my plugins and then I give him the customizations I need done with each site.
He does create the odd graphic and custom header for me if I am busy.
I mostly work with Brain Gardner themes from StudioPress so experience in that is a plus.
I average 5 jobs a week for him and he has been working around 40 hours a month for me
I will need samples of your work, the hourly rate, and references.
I pay using Paypal, or I can do Western Union or bank transfer.
You need to be able to communicate with me clearly and I give detailed job directions.

I am very open to college students who needs a pt job and are sharp.
