php mysql html/css programmer wanted for early stage web startup

We are looking to hire a php/mysql web programmer for our early stage web startup (garage startup at this point). Our company has a working prototype with about 100 users and we are looking for a skilled individual with a solid knowledge of LAMP and web development to take this project to the next level. The company is a startup that will compete directly with Craigslist and eBay. There are options to discuss such as a potential partnership with the founders of our company.
