Open realty/php site needs to be completed (Tampa)

I'm looking for someone who ids familiar with open realty and php to complete a website that is near completion.

I am looking for someone to do the following:
Finalize the login and profile functions
Add a simple shopping cart
Finalize profile and rental agreement form submission process in which form data writes to DB as well as emails a copy of data-populated forms in MS word format to 3 parties.
Finalize rent payment via credit card
Finalize room/property posting functionality
