looking for .NET C# Developer ASAP (NJ)

City: Newjersey

I have a client with an existing website that is written in .NET, the language in particular is C#.
I need someone who can come into this project and understand existing C# code. Client is looking for specific things done.
I am looking for someone with the following requirements:

.NET With C#
Knowledge of SQL Server
FLash
English, must speak and understand English well.
I prefer someone local to NJ.
