Java Developer (Millenia Mall)

I am looking for a site that is like customink.com. I need someone with Java Knowledge to build the design Engine only. I will build the rest of the site in PHP and link it into the design engine if we can work this out. Need a quote on how much time it will take and how much it will cost for your time. Remote work is fine but want to be able to meet the person once or twice to go over finer details.
