Internet Start-up Seeking Developer

We are a Miami-based internet start-up looking for a web designer/programmer to help us with a popular social networking site for college students. We have a large, active user base that has grown to over 80,000 users since our February launch. We're looking for an experienced developer who has worked with social media, social network/community sites. We'd like someone that understands and uses Facebook. This individual will have the opportunity to become an equity partner over time.
