Free Lancer to work on my website (buffalo, ny)

I need to add a partner only log in page and unique landing pages to my site, accessible by a username and password. Each partner will have their own landing page. I'll need an easy method of adding partners, editing and deleting partners, most likely using a database.

Simple project to begin, with additional work for the right free lancer.
