A leading team of internet marketers are at it again, revolutionizing yet another industry, this time targeting millions of small businesses.

We're looking for a talented web design/user interface/user experience designer who is equally competent in ALL of the following areas:

- Reflecting core brand attributes as described by the company's principals into a new design
- Delivering website design and usability ideal for small business owners who will use the site
- Creating high performing direct-response landing pages that leverage the artist's understanding of persuasion architecture in direct response environments
- Working quickly to build out a proof of concept

Ideally we're looking for that designer whose portfolio demonstrates experience marketing online to small businesses but who feels equally comfortable optimizing design to achieve target cost per acquisition metrics as building a beautiful, performing brand.
