Smart Web Programmer Needed for Maintenance of Existing Websites

I currently own a few websites that are up and running, and I need a programmer that has 1-2 hours per week to help with maintenance issues and upgrades on the sites. I also have another website idea that I would like to execute with that same web programmer over the course of the next few months.

I am looking for a web programmer, NOT a web designer.

Must be able to meet with me once per month or even less; rest of communication will be done via email and online collaboration tools like Basecamp.

Good way to make some easy cash, and perhaps partner with me on these sites or future website ideas that I execute.

Following programming skillset is desired: HTML, PHP, MySQL, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, Python, and Django.

Can be a student, freelancer, or an employee in the workforce that has an hour or two per week to help me out with my sites – you will be given full access to my sites and help to make them better – brainstorm ideas with me.

Do not send your resume if you are:

1. located/work in another country.
2. located/work far OUTSIDE of the New York City metro area. Or you are located/work more than 1.5 hours from NYC. In other words, we need to be able to meet relatively easily if need be.
3. not an individual (i.e. not interested in web design/programming firms).

You can do the work from anywhere – your home, your office, your school library, your dormitory – since all the work is web-based, it can be done from anywhere – but I do want to be able to meet you occasionally in person to discuss progress on the projects and new ideas.

Do not bother applying if you are not exceptional – I have worked with enough programmers to know who is worth their salt and who is not – but if you are a smart person, and willing and eager to learn as you go along, I welcome that.
