Looking for a team of designers (Colorado Springs)

Im a 1 man designer/php programmer myself to start. I may need a small team of talented designers/programmers (php/mysql and the basics of webmastering) for a large upcoming contract. I need your standard payment terms and examples. The job is basically a large outlet that deals with a lot of clients, however the quality of their client sites need to be up to par and they are looking for someone to go in and make things legit.
