Web Graphic Designer

City: Provo

I need a graphic artist to work with on a contract basis. Specifically looking for someone to establish a long term relationship with for a lot of projects that come my way.

I program against the ASP.NET framework and do a lot of custom websites.

Looking for someone who can FULLY handle the UI of a website by:
- Conceptualize an idea from paper and create it graphically using Photoshop/Illustrator
- Intelligently extract the created graphic into HTML (not just slice/dice), using divs and other such containers
- Produce a supporting CSS that accounts for container placement and integrated graphics

Experience:
2+ years HTML
2+ years CSS
Flash experience would be great but not required
Understanding of ASP.NET materpages would be great but not required

Most projects would simply be generation of a Masterpage and associated CSS and should take no longer than 4 hours to produce.

Compensation per project is $225.
