Price Comparison Website (Toronto)

We are looking for someone to build us a price comparison site(ie pricegrabber/nexttag/google products) Clearly not as robust. This person will have to have built one and have existing code to work off of. We are not looking to have someone start from scratch. We will be providing the design for you to cut and code and integrate within the site.

This is a very straight forward project but we are not looking to start from scratch. I want to make this clear.
