Contract web designer for HTML5 and Joomla req. (Scottsdale, AZ)

Contract web designer/developer needed for projects on a transportation services website that utilizes Flash for page banners. This first project would include various small changes to prepare the development site for launch. Specifically, this project will encompass:
1. Converting all Flash animations within the site (page banners) to HTML5; Original can be seen at < www.pilotshares.com >
2. Adding a few pages, and re-arranging several existing pages, within the site to correspond to our new navigation structure;
3. Making small changes to the dimension of certain modules within the page template, to make more room for copy;
4. Updating the navigation bars/links to reflect the changed page order;
5. Inserting a existing logo onto the home page, reflecting our industry affiliations;
6. Ensuring existing Google analytics scripts are properly functioning.

We wish to receive an estimate for the above project first, which I am looking to have completed within 7-10 days. If successful, we will be looking to have other projects completed in the coming months, to include: Further evolutionary changes to the navigation structure of the site; creation of media-rich portals within the site by embedding of Video clips and other such media; and creation of a asset scheduling system that integrates web and mobile-based platforms.
