$80/hour - paid every hour-web design (DC)

I am currently building or maintaining something like a dozen web sites. I need a top-notch web designer (php, mysql, linux/apache, css, xhtml, javascript, possibly xml, and sophisticated taste) to take some of my load. Here's how it would work if you are interested in the job:

1. you reply to this posting by sending a message to work@buddyclubs.org with
   1. your name
   2. your telephone number
   3. a link to an example of your work
   4. when you would be available to begin working
   5. the email address to which you want your pay sent
2. I respond according to your availability with
   1. your own subdomain url (yourname.oneofmysites.org) and ftp login data
   2. your own mysql database and the access settings/url of connection script
   3. instructions
3. you assemble one hour's work
   1. performed either entirely by yourself,
   2. or with a subcontractor you engage out of your hourly pay
   3. which you upload to the server
4. you send me an email with the url(s) of the work you want me to view (e.g., yourname.oneofmysites.org/index.php, yourname.oneofmysites.org/login/register.php)
5. upon receipt of your submission, I
   1. view the work and send
      1. $80 to the email address you provided in your original message
      2. a notice of payment
      3. a request to continue or discontinue based on my estimate of whether the work is worth the money.
   2. delete the subdomain if relationship ends
6. repeat steps c-e above as long as relationship continues.
